Afrox.... worst company to deal with in SA!

Afrox, your company profile reads " We are accountable for our actions and strive to be transparent in all decisions and activities....." Really? I am a reseller to the government. As explained to you salesperson when I ordered the goods, I don't have control over where these items are used and what for. But still, NOT TRANSPARENT, I end up receiving an account for R20k for cylinders. Also I returned empty cylinders upon delivery of stock! Why not warn a new potential customer that you will end up milking them? Why not warn them that there is no customer care? Why not them that managers and directors will not do anything to help them? Being a SMME and fairly new business we might end up closing our doors! Now thank you Afrox for showing us your true colours.
