AFROX wasted my money

deeply disgusted with the terms and conditions of the place. I bought a gas cylinder for mig welding from them 7 May. Today 22 May i recieved a new invoice of cylinder Rental to my surprise. So i phoned them and spoke to sophia, as i have purchased a cylinder before without any monthly rentals there after. To my disgust sophia told me that i should thank God that they have not charged me. So my big concern is that in the terms and conditions is states cylenders are are subject to renthals. but no where do they state which cylinders or even how much the cylinder rental will be. What calculations do they use, to calculate monthly or yearly usage? According to the consumer protection act 68 of 2008 it states: ") In this section, ‘‘price’’ includes a unit price. (3) Subject to subsection (4), a retailer must not display any goods for sale without displaying to the consumer a price in relation to those goods.". if i have known about the hidden costs, i wouldnt have purchased the bottle and all the other accessories i needed to perform this welding. What a waste of money. as this is for home dyi usage.
