Afrox - very disappointed

I would like to mention how very disappointed I am with the company Afrox. We took out an account last year, have never heard one word from the, despite numerous emails and telephone calls. I again contacted Afrox 2 months ago and they assured me somebody would get back to me. Again, more emails, more telephone calls (I have a full record of them), and still not one person has got back to me from Afrox. They must not expect me now to pay for anything when they cannot service their customer for over a year or respond to queries from them. Sadly, very bad customer service, would never recommend Afrox to anybody.
