Afrox shocking service

The service from Afrox Online shop is completely shocking, two and a half weeks ago I purchased items on their online store and was even charged a delivery fee which I have paid for in full but to date they cannot deliver the items, I have tried for the last three days to get someone at their call center to help and they just leave you on hold for more than hour, after charging for delivery they now want more money to courier the items to me? be warned they are ********!!!
