AFROX - SERVICE IS NOT ONLY ABOUT SELLING GAS BOTTLES

1. I have attempted since 24 Aug 21 to enquire about Afrox black empowerment - small business start-up program, but to no avail. 2. I have called their both land and mobile numbers. Each time I explained my request I was directed to send an email, which was done and still no response. 3. Today was the final straw, when my enquiry was just ignored by the customer service desk (Ms Brightness), who without saying a word to me, redirected my call to the abyss. 4. Can someone please assist - I would like to speak to someone at Afrox regarding their small business start-up. Sincerely

Reviewer Update
1. Good afternoon - 9 Sep 21.
2. I received mail from Mr Ncube and Kelefiloe Motlhabi.
3. I returned Ms Motlhabi's call but to no avail.
4. Mr Ncube provide some hope in his mails.
5. Lets give Afrox some space, we seem to be getting closer.
6. Today (9 Sep 21) I spoke to Ms Nthlanhla Ngema at the Afrox switchboard who was an absolute treasure, she done her level best to try and assist me. I hope Afrox will reward her for professional and excellent customer service.
