AFROX is Pathetic - Try shop everywhere but here if you can

Afrox is most probably the worst company to deal with in South Africa. We have an account issue, which is due to their own staff, who clearly can not do their jobs correctly. We have charges to our account for other Afrox customers. We have rental charges which we have proof of return on our account. Your accounts dept do not do ANYTHING to sort this out. Your local branch staff, including senior management do NOT assist and are NOT interested in the customer. Absolutely useless !
