Afrox incapable of allocating invoices from 2020

Afrox refused to provide oxygen that I needed for a dialysis patient and blocked my account for an invoice that I paid in 2020 and they failed to allocate for the past 18 months!

From September 2020 they have been unable to allocate the money I paid for an invoice and that amount has been on every single statement since!

I have now received a Letter of Demand for that amount despite me providing proof of payment for almost 18months now!

I have sent numerous emails to their customer services department and called in umpteenth times and still nothing has been done!

Conflicting emails are being sent from consultants, one stating there is a nil balance on my account, only for me to receive a statement with that amount on it again 1 week later.

Every time I request for my query to be escalated, they cut the call on me. When I answered a call from theri collection department 2 weeks ago, all she asked me was "When are you paying?"

I want feedback from Ms Jayasakera as to why her department has been unable to sort this out and in the process they have branded my company a "Late Payor" due to their incompetance
