Afrox - Imossible to deal with!

Impossible company to deal with, customer care don't answer calls & don't phone back. They quote one price then charge another, I've been asking for Vat invoices for 6 months, all I get is incorrect statements. My account is in a totally incorrect mess, I keep trying to explain the charges are wrong, send them back their own emails of the quoted price. but nothing changes. Another person phones for money, another incorrect statement comes through, it's like trying to communicate with the Municipality, an impossible task. We've communicated our problem 9or10 times to different people with back-up documents, of their quotes etc. it's like talking to a wall. I don't understand how Afrox are still in business.
