Afrox has no sense of communication.

The level of customer service I have received from The Midrand branch is appalling. They never know when they are going to receive stock. They take our numbers down and promise to call when it arrives then they don’t. In winter when there is a high demand for their product one would expect them to increase supply to meet the demand. They do not seem to learn as a company.
