Afrox has no empathy

I'm an oxygen dependent patient living in the North West Mahikeng. So when there was intense load shedding, my husband would go get O2 cylinders from Afrox since we had an account there!! We usually get IVR 2000 cylinders but because at times they would be out of stock due to load shedding, we would then settle for the 1, 84 since it was desperate times and I couldn't do without O2. The 1.84 bottles were then returned and we continued with the IVR 2000 since there was enough stock. Come the end of the month we paid their rental and everything was ok! The next statement came a month after and we were still billed for those small 1.84 cylinders, yes we saw it but thought you know maybe there was an inventory error so this would be sorted out in no time. We continued to pay rental for those 2000 cylinders we had purchased for some weeks until we were told that we could not get anymore refills because we are still in arrears for the 1.84 cylinders that are still with us unreturned? My husband being the one who goes and sorts out that I get my oxygen was surprised and decided to pay just so that his wife could get her much needed oxygen, this was back in 2023, it happened again after another few weeks that head office sends us a statement saying that we are still in possession of the same 1.84 cylinders that my husband already paid 2 times for! The worst part is that we are instructed that until we pay that rental, we cannot buy oxygen! We enquired with the branch and they explained how they have sent several communication to their head office explaining that from their inventory, nothing is missing so they needed to clarify it so that we may be assisted in order to get oxygen! Believe me when I say it's 2024 July and the head office still is billing me for something I already paid twice for and not in my possession and again threatened that if I don't pay I can't buy oxygen! I'm struggling paying for oxygen as it is but I don't have a choice because if I don't I will simply die, but where is the compassion Afrox? Either someone is *********** or your system is faulty and now I'm paying for it because I'm desperate to live! I already spend R32000 more or less monthly!!! How can you guys do this to me at my worst, I can no longer afford anything as it is and you're taking away the little that keeps me on this earth! Somebody please hear my plea its too much, but I'm desperate and have nowhere else to go🥺🥺🥺
