AFROX doesnt want any money they have enough... will not use them ever again

I was making A Private purchase AND requested and some detailed technical INFORMATION with regards to installation. very simple request over email. All I received is a link to their e-shop and not one sales person contacted me. This was repeated 5 times, eventually I called customer care to lay a complaint was put through to 4 other call center agents. with no complaint logged I give up use another supplier. They basically are too big kind of like our Government they just got a whole bunch of people who do nothing of use most of the time.
