Afrox

Not surprised about the reviews I am seeing on this forum about Afrox - absolutely shocking company to deal with. I am having the same experience as all the reviews; shocking customer service, incorrect account charges and being charged for a bottle that was returned in May of this year. When trying to resolve the issue with them; am told the relevant department is dealing with a back log and will attend to the matter as soon as possible. The only reason they are dealing with a back log of complaints and queries is because everyone is experiencing the same problems with Afrox. I do not believe they are able to or ever will resolve the issue. My account is actually in credit and in 4 months they are unable to reconcile the account and agree on the credit they owe me. Please people find alternative companies to deal with, Afrox is not worth the headache and frustration of dealing with them.
