Afrox customer service is still extremely poor.

Following my previous Hello Peter review (in response to which I received yet another automated reply) Afrox has been in touch but has not been helpful. I have received an emailed response promising a refund, but not which refund (I have had to request four), nor confirmation that their system has been updated to reflect that we returned their equipment in August and must no longer be debited. This is infuriating. Furthermore, why does Afrox take so long to make refunds when they are so quick to debit? Why has it been necessary to have six interactions with them to get them to complete a routine administrative function? Why are the call centre staff limited in what help they can offer? Why have I had to spend hours, cumulatively, and all my airtime to resolve this issue? This is exceptionally poor and extremely frustrating customer service.
