Afrox - big bully with deaf accounts ears!

Afrox have been invoicing my company for a service I have not asked for AND not received since Oct last year 2019. They have accessed my company details and sent official invoices with a bonafide account number, but I have never had dealings with them. I originally thought the email was a **** by its appearance. In spite of this I contacted them to resolve the issue. Email correspondence and phone calls have not helped at all and I see I am still being charged this year. Attempts to contact the accounts department meet with sitting on a phone call queue waiting for ages with no one answering. I find it deeply disturbing that a large company like Afrox can just bill a small company like mine for services not rendered and not be reachable to resolve the issue. This smacks of a **** and *********ing of a small business. Please Afrox, take me off your accounts!!!!!!!
