Afrox assistants not there for assistance !

On arrival at Afrox Polokwane three assistants were sitting on chairs and waive to me to park in front of them. I had to take out the 9 kg gas cylinder of my car and carry it to them , all of them still sitting. However when a lady parked next to me and went to the back of the car to take out a 9 kg cylinder , I was astonished that none of the assisitants helped her. I took the cylinder from her and put it in front of the sitting assistants. I couldn't believe it. Exactly the same happened when we loaded the cylinders - NO assistance from the assistants - unbelievable especially towards the lady !
