In short? On 19 Dec 2019, I went to the local Afrox branch. If you want to be treated in a very rude, and ****** manner, PLEASE go to Afrox Rustenburg. Were the Branch "Manageres" treats you like a piece of cr@-p, you will not even be greeted, she will chit-chat NON-STOP to the sales man, and if YOU DARE to remind her that there is a customer standing in front of the counter, and that she must PLEASE be quiet so that you can be assisted by the ONLY salesperson... she is extremely "entitled".. NO or ANY retail manners applies. Were she refuses to give you a HQ nr so you can complain. After you phoned around, found out her name is Violet, (returned in the branch to get her name.. ) She will add sarcastically (when you walk out...-) "Do not forget my surname, you will need it". Can a SENIOR manager please contact me, as I have been given the run-around since then.. Approx 12 phone calls later.. and I am still NOT able to get hold of any person at HQ.. WELL DONE AFROX!! (We await and welcome "Harris" to open a branch in Rustenburg.)
