Account closed in 2021

I closed my account in 2021. Yes, last year. Only to receive a disgusting phone call on 12 October to say that Afrox is contacting me regarding my long outstanding invoices! Are you joking? I was literally told last year to send my proof of banking for a refund of my deposit (which never materialised I might add) and then to get this call is beyond ridiculous. Contacting accounts is futile as they have not responded to me in 2 weeks. I am at my wits end as I thought this abusive relationship with Afrox was over last year already, only to have it continue!
