Harassed by company who *******ly obtained my personal data

I am being harassed by this company.

after opting out multiple times from communication, eventually I said F off in an SMS and was harassed with 7 SMS is calling me a ****** and threatening me.

They have my name and I have never opted in to their Communications , leading me to believe that they have *******ly obtained my data.
