Lack of professionalism!

The worse experience and service from this lodge. The people are not professional nor friendly. I got lost getting there, they don't know how to give direction. they don't know landmarks and other businesses around them. And all they wanted was their monies. There's no card payment facility and I was expected to go in the middle of night to go find an ATM! Also none of the facilities work... tv, bar fridge, air con etc. I'm sure the other place I passed (Masego...Toro) was better than this. This was my first time in Mogwase actually in North West region. And this place left a bitter taste in my mouth. Ps... I'm glad I didn't stay long enough to eat their breakfast!!
