Unhelpful staff!

Afros Westville, I am disappointed in you. Being a fairly new branch, customer satisfaction should be a priority! I have just been there to get a Bacon and Cheese Roll (under the breakfast catagory on Dr Delivery). When I got there I did not see it on the menu. I asked the lady serving me if I could get a bacon and cheese roll and she said no, they do not offer them anymore. I asked her if she could charge me for a bacon and egg roll but replace the egg with cheese. Her response was "Impossible". I asked if I could be charged separately for bacon and cheese and a roll and she said no. She was adimant that they would not make me a bacon and cheese roll! I ended up ordering a bacon and egg roll and she asked if I wanted to add cheese!!!! ***. Are you telling me that it is "Impossible" for them to make an order when they have all of the products? Im not asking for a solution to world hunger. Its a small gripe but I will never go to that branch again.
