AfroMovers not what they say they are

AfroMovers responded to my request for a quote the same day and organised to come and collect my household goods from storage to my house. Included in the quote (on their website) it states that goods are insured. On delivery of my household goods, I found broken antique crockery, plate from Israel, ball & claw furniture that was damaged, boxes were put upside down where it stated specifically that THIS SIDE UP FRAGILE GLASS, HANDLE WITH CARE was written on the side. Boxes were dropped. There was absolutely no regard for our household goods. A fridge was put onto the truck and I had to tell them to take it off as the door wouldn't close. I also paid extra to have some of the other goods taken to my house and have received no receipt for the payment either. Since 8 December I have tried to phone, email and whatsapp this company and they are ignoring my correspondence. I whatsapped the guy who drove the truck and he said he would contact the office and when I asked for the telephone number, he read the message and to date has not answered me. I'm very disappointed with AfroMovers as their advert did not do justice to the service that I received.
