AfroMovers not reliable

I used AfroMovers in Dec 2018 as they did not have one single negative comment from anybody. What a f****. The Director of the company has left, no-one answers my calls. I paid R1000 for the insurance excess. Outsurance paid the money over to the Brokers namely, Allsure Flood and Fire, who in turn paid the money over to AfroMovers who took the money and did not pay me (to me that is theft). We lost antiques in the move to negligence on their part. We had an antique singer sewing machine in its original hand made box which was dropped and destroyed, inherited crystal crockery that was smashed into pieces as they dropped the box in front of me. The amount adds up to thousands of Rands. When I contacted Outsurance and Allsure Flood and Fire they refused to tell me what the amount was as I wasn't their client, but AfroMovers were. Now AfroMovers is no longer listed on the internet and they have disappeared with my money. Unfortunately I would give them NO STARS but I had to click on one star to comment.
