Afrokwazi Gateway mall - Bradley - No diamond ring after 3 months of planning

Initially the partner Bradley would promise you the world whilst you show him comparison quotes to secure the deal. He would call follow up and check in until you accept the deal. He will also based on pictures guarantee he has 20 years plus experience in the industry and can for sure make your ring set design He would then become non responsive after acceptance with you running to the store and making several calls with no courtesy to return them or follow up on you I spent hours designing my ring set with him and thats when he began saying it wont work. Yet those designs have been made world wide. And not that he cannot do this even with his 20+ years experience. I changed my design 3 times to honor the deal and he finally gets me a ring mold that cannot hold the diamond securely and blames all 3 of my designs with the 3rd being a simple solitaire. We went in to review the 3rd design mold and he starts screaming and shouting at us in the middle of the store upon our inspection due to us asking a question about the design. He goes on to say he put alot in this ring and he cannot put in anymore. He expected us to take a mold that had a collet that was flimsy and when we questioned that he got upset with us being the client. Instead of saying he has poor workmenship skills and he cannot deliver what he over promised. He then says he will try another mold and after 3 months of choosing him and designing this diamond ring set worth 100k he refuses to take our calls and give us an explanation. Please do not go with people who have no ethics and professionalism it may cost you not having a ring set at the last minute on your big day The worst experience at a jewellery store especially when buying a 100k diamond ring set and being the client
