Afrokulture Horror NY Eve trip

If I could give them a zero rating I would. The company does not deliver items as indicated in the package. Our tour was in Namibia for seven days (6 nights). We were promised luxury sleep liner buses to Windhoek, however, we spent 24 hours on normal mainliner buses which is not ideal for long-distance travel. The accommodation in Walvis Bay was a disaster. Four ladies were stacked into a one-bedroom apartment with two small, uncomfortable sleeper couchers. Meanwhile, the tour leader was more concerned about securing her bedroom at a different guesthouse, that was more comfortable. Some of the clients from the tour group had to travel back by taxi via Botswana because the return trip via the 'luxury bus liner' was not booked. The taxi was unroadworthy and broke down several times during the lengthy drive and the passengers had to physically push the vehicle on several occasions. Adding to the ordeal was a lack of food stops. Eventually, when they got to Zeerust they had to make a plan to find a mechanic to fix the breakdown issues, further inconveniencing people. During this time, Afrokulture did nothing to remedy the situation despite complaints being shared via their WhatsApp group. There wasn't even an apology. The clients eventually were forced to find their way home to Johannesburg, at an additional cost, out of frustration and desperation. They were never contacted about compensation. The possibility of one was only communicated once they badgered the company.
