Please pay your suppliers

Anto Prophy, owner of Afrofusion Advertising (Pty) Ltd was invoiced by me for an amount of R6000 for graphic design work done for both herself & her client: Fortune Capital (a folder design & an emailer design x 4). Both were accepted, signed off & used. This was in June & August. I invoiced on 3 Sept 2015, a COD invoice, & then heard nothing. On 27 Sept I resent the invoice & heard nothing. I then queried as to the status of this account, & was advised on 30 Sept that all payments for Sept had been paid, & there was a strict payment policy in place, & my invoice had only been sent on 27 Sept (ie too late). I refuted this, as it was sent to them on 3 Sept - Anto apologised & stated she was in hospital & in fact did not get my invoice. I requested payment & was told she would try pay in the next few days. I waited yet again, & phoned & emailed to no avail. Eventually at the end of Oct Anto answered me, stating she was \juggling way too many *****"and was very busy AND she apologised again for not getting back to me or paying me. I was assured I would receive payment by Friday 13 Nov 2015. I asked for a status of this account on 13"
