Concerned & frustrated

I had an horrible experience using one of their products & on top of it they don't reply to their emails.

A month ago i had to rush to trauma with my 11 month old daughter because of using Afrobantics detangeling moisture that i bought at my nearest clicks i even personally sent them an email to which was provided on the product still thus far no reply , no concerns

I even contacted clicks & they said there isn't anything they can do and gave me the same details i sent the email too , this could have been worst , they don't even care if it can happen to another child
