pathetic service

I purchased vouchers on daddy deals at Afro Thai spa for six people on the 04th September 2018 and called the merchant to make appointments and I spoke to Nono Mchunu who gave me the following dates 23rd ,24th and 26th November 2018. And three days before the set dates I called again and I spoke to Cindy and she confirmed appointments . But too my surprise when I got there after driving all the way from Johannesburg to Durban I was told the place is under renovations. I immediately called Cindy and when I spoke to her she asked If I didn’t receive an email from the owner regarding the renovations and her telling me they will advised once the renovations are done so I can come redeem my vouchers , So raising the fact that I’m from Johannesburg and only came to Durban for a vacation ,she ended the call saying she will come back to me, she needs to speak to the owner . Since then I’ve been calling her number which is ********** and emailed ********** but with no luck . Number is on voicemail and no responds. So unprofessional , ******** and I want the whole world to know about your pathetic service . I want me money back , you will be hearing about this on the local radio stations and read about it on the local gazette .
