Firstly, they deliver the stock in a jiffy! Secondly, I purchased a pair of shoes, and after wearing them for the third time, they broke. I've contacted them and with no hesitation, they asked me if I would like to replace it with something else. This to me was a surprise and very trustworthy towards their clients! I paid for the difference in the shoes, and within 3 days, received my new pair of shoes.
