When ever relocating - do not use Afriworld

We recently relocated from Pretoria to Cape Town, we went through the routine of getting quotes. Afriworld Removals came in with a reasonable good quote, and look the most legit from all. After accepting the quotation and paying them a deposit, they went and past the buck to Inter Trans, which in return arrive a day late, so when you do planning, do not plan around them, since they are always late. After loading our furniture, and broke one of our cabinets they were supposed to store the furniture for 2 months and than re-deliver. When it was time to redeliver, all of a sudden their is extra volume, and redelivery charge, which was quoted for! After fighting and we went to the PMA, which could not resolve this, we were hold at ransom to pay the extra amount otherwise all goods, which they decide is extra will be kept! And Gerhard, from Afriworld, who are responsible, is nowhere to be found or even reachable! My advise to someone relocating - DO NOT USE AFRIWORLD OR INTER TRANS. We tried every regulation board, consumer protector etc. and still the customer has to pay and bend backwards...and Inter Trans is arriving a day late again to deliver.
