Unprofessional

This company does not take responsibility for their contractors actions. I signed up with them to have my furnisher moved and they subcontracted the move to Sachin from movemesa. He’s employees damaged the wall of the complex and when I told him about it, he told me tube will get it fixed. I have been trying to call him and sending emails, I just get ignited. Afriwold also stated that I did not take out insurance for the move, should I have paid insurance to cover negligent drivers. Very unprofessional company.
