Pathetic service dominates their business

<p>Good day ,hope you are well! After receiving a quotation from Afriworld I was told to pay the deposit to secure the quote for transportation of the goods. I paid a deposit of R798 on the 04/07/2017. Every 3 days I would check if they recieved the payment, but got no joy out of it. 8 days later when I had asked about the payment,then only was it looked into properly. I was told an amount of R570 will be added to the bill for insurance (not stated on the quotation ). As well as added an extra amount of R500 for extra items on the inventory list (a few items had been excluded off the inventory list according to them). The lies and procrastination portrayed by the company is unacceptable and unprofessional! How does one trust a company that lies and shows no interest towards their customers. </p>
