No customer service

Hello<br> Just to confirm the previous writer's disappointment. Yes Afriworld has poor delivery service, unless they choose 'which clients' to satisfy and which clients not to bother, I am not sure what criteria they use to classify clients because we all pay with money.<br> <br> In March 2010 when I was moving from Nelspruit, I paid Afriworld deposit (R684.00 if I remember), the driver never showed up to collect my staff, never bothered to call and cancel, they just kept quiet, I tried to call the driver out of desperation, but never succeeded. The day the driver called, he told me he got stuck/truck broke, something like that. Well I got another removal company(and regret why I never used them in a first place). Afriworld refused to refund me my deposit, IMAGINE!! The next thing their owner was threatening me that his lawyer will deal with me if I ever ask for the refund. I did write to Hello Peter but of course they are 'a company that doesn't respond' so they didn't bother to respond.<br>
