Never again
They uses subcontractors to do the move and when there are damages and stuff they tell you to sort it out with the sub contractor's owner. They never told us they sub contract to other companies. Worst service ever.

As indicated on your quotation and mentioned to you that this move will get sub contracted due to the fact that our vehicles was full. We also offer insurance on our loads if a client options in to take this. If there is no insurance taken out with us and something does happen we will not be able to put in a claim. The client signs our quotation and clearly marks Yes or No to option in for insurance. or not. If a client marks No then the goods get conveyed on clients own risk and we take it that the client has their own insurance in place.
