Late, unreliable and rude

We hired Afriworld to transport furniture from Nelspruit to Randburg. They then contracted another company who in turn contracted another company. The truck only showed up 6 hours after the promised arrival time, after constant check ins. The truck was full upon arrival and no solution offered other than splitting our load. They then sent another truck 2 days later which wanted to arrive 5 hours after our arranged time at 9o'clock at night and then deliver that same night which would have been early morning hours 3 days after our original time. The staff refused a refund even though it was their fault. Shahin is rude, does not offer assistance and has poor customer service. We had to cancel cause we never had our stuff picked up
