Items stoken and damaged

Please dont use them. My daughter moved from Bloem to Cape Town. First they arrived with a weird vehicle to load. We bubble wrap every item ourselves but still had a lot of damage. We arranged for off load at 7 am and only received the load at 17.00 with lots of excuses from Braam. Very unprofessional. Damage to table he refunded. 2 boxes of collection wine ****** wich we had to price and they refunded. Braam told my his prople confessed to *****ing the items and was reported to HQ but I calked HQ and they were not aware of the theft. The television is also damaged and Braam did not want to refund it. I send a complete email to Gerhard in Bloem but still have not received any feedback. We niw have to oay fir the damaged TV ourselves. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM
