Not only was the quote I was given incredibly reasonable (after doing my due diligence on other moving companies), I was incredibly impressed with the service I received throughout my moving process. The team outlined the exact steps I needed to follow and they held up their end of the deal. If I was told that I would be contacted on a specific date and time, then they followed through. I was never left wondering whether my furniture was unsafe or what was happening with my moving process. The staff that came to load my goods were incredibly friendly and professional. They even assisted me move some of my personal items, not on the inventory list, without any additional charges. I had also called to add 2 items not on my initial list at the last minute, and everyone was so incredibly accommodating and didn't charge me anything extra. I was impressed with how organised and approachable everyone was. Where moving tends to be a stressful process, this move was the most straightforward and effortless move I have made. I would definitely use Afriworld for all my future moves!
