Afriworld removals- brakes, damages your furniture and no one comes back to you!!!

On the 8th November 2019, afriworld truck went to load my moms furniture at KZN. As they loaded and checker on the list what is to be loaded the driver informed my mom (pensioner) that 4 small tables and 8 picture frames are not on the list he has?? We called Sybil who was off sick that day and the other lady said I should speak to priya at the warehouse who sends out the drivers to enquire, which I did and Priya was very rude!!! She said that the tables and frames was not in the list and it will cost additional R2000 ??!!! The entire move was charges at R5000 and now she wanted additional R2000 for 4 small tables and 8 picture frames?? What a ******* for a pensioner?!!!! 7 days later only sis my moms furniture arrive and in what a state!!! Her desk was in pieces, her boxes were torn and open, her cupboards are chipped, her washing machine has dents and scratches on, her desk chair is broken.. I called Sybil on the morning after my mom sent me the pics and she also sent it to Sybil , to which Sybil said she is so very sorry and will get the manager Stephen to contact us .. Well we are still waiting for that call!!! I told Sybil that someone has to compensate for loss here as this is not on this is not service.. Afriworld damages the stuff in their warehouse and no one gives a damn..!!! Stephen hasne called, Priya is rude and Sybil makes empty promises and NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU... WHO IS GOING TO COMPENSATE FOR GOODS BROKEN AND LOST NOW!!! all pics was sent to Sybil .. It has been over 10 days and no one from Afriworld has been in contact with my mom or myself
