Afriworld furniture removals was the worst removal company I have ever used !! From beginning to end it was as a bad experience!! They charged me their fees and then I had to pay the truck separately. And they did absolutely nothing for that money they charged me.

When things started going wrong all I heard was deal with the truck people!!

When the first truck was supposed to load my furniture the truck broke down.

Then they sent another truck that was hopelessly too small and they just shoved my furniture in. The furniture was then stored in a warehouse for two days. Then the furniture was loaded into another truck wich also broke down. And after a whole day finally the truck was on its way with my furniture.

Then the truck had a blowout at 4am in the morning… so now they don’t have equipment to take the wheel off and they have to get someone out to help. It was pouring with rain but yet they offloaded all my furniture and left it standing in the rain.

In the meantime I hear lies and stories all the time.

Finally my furniture arrived after 5 days all water damaged and broken. And a lot of stuff gone. And they arrived at 20:30 at night. With no lights and the guys even dropped my fridge. My husband and son had to help offload.

And all they said is claim from your insurance!!

I will never recommend Afriworld !! The worst ever!!!
