Don't use Afritrek as your courier

Afritrek Logistics are the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. No communication, no courtesy, no tracking nr to indicate that the package is in the system. I bought something online, and the vendor uses Afritrek. I was satisfied with the vendor, but will not buy from them again, because they use Afritrek. My package has been in their hands for 8 days now. Not even an inquiry from the vendor has helped. In the meantime, we have tried to have someone at home all the time in case they come. It has been an awful experience.
