Afritrek Logistics

We used Afritrek Logistics and they damaged our goods in transport as the driver swerved out for another truck and damaged our goods to the value over R21 000-00. It was never mentioned to us that we need to tick the insurance box on each waybill. Afritrek refuse to write off the courier fees and still charging us full price to deliver our damaged goods or to re-imburse us for the damaged goods. They are not willing to negotiate and threatening to black list us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
