CELL PHONE

I purchased a cell phone on the 27 March 2015 from above company with a one year warranty.<br> The phone is a Blackberry 9720 and I received a warranty slip from company.The phone has been giving me problems ever since but i only took it back on Saturday 1 August 2015 at around 10:00am.The guy that assisted me asked me to pay for the phone. I refused to as it is still under warranty and he did not even know what the fault was .He said he will send it to the technician and let me know how much it is.
