Investment payout

My humble investment venture began with Ecsponent , now run by Afrirsat. For ages I've been requesting my investment car value growth and despite numerous requests for this information, all I get is investor notifications that does not tell me what my investment is worth. I be game red up and requested a withdrawal and have been largely ignored. Nobody seems interested in my plea. The Covid climate has affected all of us and my guaranteed investment is now left at the mercy of those who shows little compassion or client service to one who needs it
