Yacht View Hartebees Filthy Holiday Accommodation

We booked accommodation through AFRISTAY.COM at Yacht View Hartebees on the 31st of December 2020. The reception on its own is a disaster and very dirty. We were taken to our room, we could not even spend 5 minutes in that room. There were no windows, 2 singlebeds made a double bed and 2 bunk beds. Because it is a self catering accommodation we were walking through the room with the view that we will find a kitchen, instead we walked into a dirty shower, and a dirty toilet. We asked the guy who was showing us around where is the place that was advertised in Afristay because where we are it looks like a ghost place. We started shouting at other, instead of him accepting the mistake he shouted back at us. We demanded to speak to the owner as we could not spend a night at that horrible place. This guy took us to another room, where there was urine in the toilet, not flushed we asked him to clean it and he refused. We decided there is no way we can sleep in that dirty place. Pity I cannot post the pictures because we took pictures with my husband as we wanted to post them on social media platforms. Now when we asked for refund they do not want to refund us instead they want us to go there again, who is going to put petrol in the car to drive back to that filthy place?????? I would not recommend anybody to book at Yacht View in Hartebees. When we were making commotion others people who had booked there came and complained about the rats and spiders in the place. How do we go back in such a place??? To this date they have not refunded us.
