Villa Ambrosia, Langebaan

I was very disappointed with my booking at Villa Ambrosia, Langebaan. Upon arrival we discovered how dirty the place was. It seems no cleaning was done for months. We had to clean the place before we could settle in which is so unfair especially since paying R11000 for the weekend.

The couches was dirty. The walls in the downstairs area was dirty. The bathrooms had spider webs and spiders crawling around. The upstairs kitchen had spider webs. There was no handles on some of the windows. The fridge and stove was not working properly The balcony was full of bird **** The garden was in a horrible state The WIFI was not working at all The ceiling in the upstairs kitchen was leaking The window in the downstairs bathroom was broken

I informed the host Amber Bezuidenhout that the place was dirty when we arrived but did not even get an response back. We then discovered there were several complaints made by guests to SEEFF properties Langebaan how dirty the place is upon arrival. It is such a shame to see a beautiful property not being maintained but is being advertised for weekend or holiday accommodation. I would not recommend any of my friends or family to stay Villa Ambrosia.
