Unsatisfied booking with no feedback
Accommodation booked and what we got was two different places. Was informed that we will be refunded. After numerous follow up emails 4 weeks later and I have still not received any feedback or refund. This seems to be a regular issue with Artistry. Very bad service. Ref nr: DUVQHTK2

You agreed on a full refund of almost R4000.00 and what do refund R724.00
You will leave me no choice but to post th pictures on your site and the pictures of what it actually looks like on facebook.
Out of the booked 7 nights we stayed 2 nights because you could not arrange for alternative accommodation. I had to look for accommodation without your assistance. ...
