Unfair business practice by Afristay

I made a booking on Afristay to Aviator's Retreat in Krugersdorp. The rate for two people was R600 and it still is u to now. The total I got was R1400 for two people. I did not check the email they send me as I had to continue with the steps required to finalise the booking . I realise afterwards that they had actually charged me 1600.00 instead of 1400.00. I made contact with them and was told they charge fro R600.00. They took a deposit of R800 with no refund for cancellation. I think that is misrepresentation of their rates and unfair business practice. When I called Aviator to ask about the rates they told me it is R600.00 per night. I have never used Afristay before and realkise after reading their review that it is a common practice for the company. I went to Aviator over the weekend and paid R800.00 and want my refund of R200 as I believe this was ****************. It was my first time using Afristay and will not advise anybody to use Afirstay.
