Sloppy vetting of venues

Afristay should check who they do bookings for. This was only the second time that we booked via Afristay and at a venue where the photographs, price and quality just does not gel. We preferred to loose our deposit rather than staying at the Rondegat Resort Clanwilliam. Unfriendly aggressive reception, no towels, no soap, tacky bedding, back wall no windows and part of horse camp, dark, cold(one small electric heater in entire unit). We paid the same price at other resorts that offered double the value of this resort.
