Shocking standard of service and support!

I added my property on Afristay, and it was listed as "pending approval". After two weeks and countless emails my property was still listed as "pending approval" and still not live. I emailed to ask that my profile be removed due to the pathetic service and support. It was still "pending approval" two days later. Another email resulted in it finally been removed.

Sad to think that Afristay has the audacity to compare themselves to other much larger accommodation sites with such support. I got listed on all the other larger accommodation sites within 24 hours.

I do not recommend Afristay as an accommodation site for Hosts to list their properties.
