****!! Dont pay afristay a cent!

Paid Afristay for accomodation was told due to lock down i can move my booking to anytime the funds are still available, just to find out its not. They take no responsibilty when something 'happens' to YOUR MONEY PAID TO THEM. RESPONSE FROM THEM WILL BE CONTACT THE HOST LIKE SERIOUSLY I PAID AFRISTAY.

I have received feedback from Elmare and she is refusing to refund funds paid over to them (R580.12) Unfortunately Afristay cannot be liable for those funds but only the funds we still have (R439.88) which we can refund to you as a voucher to your profile.
