We booked a holidayear after visiting the Afristay siteam. Nothing was as advertised at Uvongo Square, no tv ,no servicextra, no staff to assist, premises are grubby poorly maintained and the host does not return phone calls. We requested Afrisray to assist in getting a partial refund as we left early, as nothing was as advertised. Tracy Leighton said she would assist us but after one reply has ignored all our comunications Use Afristay service at your own risk.
